Today we register Bastian for kindergarten. He is very excited, I am half excited half anxious. Luckily he doesn't start until the 17th, so I have a little bit of time to adjust some more. Every day he asks if school starts tomorrow and is disappointed when I say no.
Now we just have to go buy all his supplies. Crayons, markers, tissues and ... zip lock baggies? I don't remember needing those when I was little, but ok. Trip to Walmart I suppose, that's where all the big sales are. I despise shopping there, but logically I know it's the cheapest option.
Maybe we will even go out to eat. We don't often, but this seems like the kind of occasion where we can justify it. *grin*
