Rain

It's raining today. I love the rain. Well, when I'm not out working in it, of course! I love to listen to it patter down and run off the edges of buildings. Even the thunder can be soothing, when it's a gentle rumble.

Today was very laid back. Cooking in the crock pot means less work for me, less cleanup too. With the weather being so cool lately it's been nice to throw wide the windows and let the breeze air out the apartment. The cats love to sit in the open window and smell the fall. I don't blame them one bit.

I did tidy some today, but didn't vacuum like I should have. Perhaps tomorrow. Today is a good day for relaxing.
